Prof. Enrique M. Soriano III is a leading ASEAN Family Governance Advisor and Real Estate Strategist with 38 years of industry experience. He was a former World Bank/IFC Governance Consultant, book author, Inquirer Property columnist, and former Chair of the Marketing Cluster at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, where he also served as Program Director for Real Estate and Professor of Global Marketing.
He is currently the Executive Director of the Wong + Bernstein Group, specializing in Family Governance, Succession, and Next-Gen Leadership, a Senior Advisor to many regional developers, and an active member of the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID).
Widely recognized for his work in Innovation, Strategic Management, and Corporate Governance in Real Estate, Prof. Soriano also sits as an Independent Director in several publicly listed firms and advises Ultra High Net Worth families across Asia. He is a sought-after advisor and international speaker across the US, Canada, UK, ASEAN, Africa, and China.
